Race Package:

All runners will receive a technical Loop the Lake race t-shirt in their race packages, and all runners in every distances will receive a beautiful wooden finisher medal - made right here in B.C.!

Race Package Pickup:

Valley Fitness Centre - 722 14th Street

August 6th, 11:00 - 7:00pm

College of the Rockies Invermere Campus / David Thompson Secondary School

August 7th, 7:00 - 8:30am

Refunds & Cancellations

In the unlikely event of race cancellation due to either extreme weather or wildlife activity on the course, no refunds will be given. This policy is also listed on the registration form waiver.

Once registration is confirmed, all related permits, event materials, and commitments (including medals, shirts, and race merchandise) are non-recoverable. Accordingly, no refunds will be issued for weather, air quality, or other cancellations.

If the event is cancelled, race packages and T-shirts will remain available for pickup at package pickup.
